Lea Hazel, Attorney

Lea Hazel was born and raised in Cook County and graduated from Cook High School in 1990. She began her undergraduate studies at Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina in the fall of 1990. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in History from Valdosta State University with a minor in English in 1994, she  completed her Juris Doctorate degree from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University in Macon, Georgia in 1997.

 

Lea Hazel began her career in law in 1997 with Sims, Fleming & Spurlin in Tifton during which she was also the In-house attorney for The Bank of Lenox (now The Trust Bank) in Lenox, Georgia. In 2007, she took a hiatus from law to teach English and Social Studies at Cook High School.

 

In June 2017, Lea Hazel opened Lea Gaskins Hazel, LLC, Law Office in Adel, Georgia. She specializes in Business Law, Probate Matters, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Trusts, Guardianships and Conservatorships, and Adoptions.
